Brian is the youngest in a family where he was always told he could achieve anything, regardless of his challenges. Having a mild case of cerebral palsy, he has wanted to see his name in print since the age of twelve. It all began at recess when he told a teacher he wanted to write a novel, and she responded with a simple, encouraged "Go ahead," surprising him.

He later joined a writing community in college, the same group he is still a part of and where the inspiration from his personal hurdles blossomed into the idea for his first book, While Along Their Paths. Published just a few weeks shy of his fortieth birthday, the novel marked the triumphant realization of a dream held since childhood. Today, he continues to dream up fresh stories, balancing his regular weekly routine with dedicated time in his writing room, where he is actively developing his upcoming projects.
